Scott brings a unique finance and entrepreneurial background that allows him to provide his clients with a unique perspective and approach toward building exceptional management teams.
With over 12+ years of mergers & acquisitions and public market investment banking experience, he has worked closely with the investors and executives of leading technology companies on liquidity and growth strategies and transactions.
Before founding Kinect, Scott was a Partner at True Search and led the Fintech practice at FlemingMartin, a leading boutique retained executive search firm.
Scott was also the founder and president of Aquavista Enterprise, a global e-commerce and consumer products company that he sold in 2014.
Scott lives in San Francisco with his wife, two kids, and their adopted cat, Miffy. In his free time, he enjoys collecting bourbon, hot yoga, and is a budding martial artist who recently earned his yellow belt in Hapkido. He and his wife are big BTS Army. In 2018, Scott co-founded Calcutta for Charity, a charitable cause that supports research for pancreatic cancer.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jamie is a Principal at Kinect Partners, bringing over 15 years of executive search experience to her clients. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for building trusted relationships and delivering impactful leadership talent across a variety of industries.
Before joining Kinect, Jamie served as a Senior Executive Search Associate at FlemingMartin, a leading boutique retained executive search firm, where she played a key role in identifying and placing senior-level executives. Earlier in her career, she held diverse roles including Staffing Manager at Collegial Services, Logistics Manager at Peek… Kids, and Account Manager at Aerotek, giving her a broad foundation in both talent acquisition and business operations.
She resides in Alamo with her husband, two boys, and their Aussiedoodle. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys playing tennis, spending time on her family’s houseboat at the lake, and skiing on Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon.
